Due to continued growth, Croxdale Group is looking to recruit a Vehicle Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for an organised, detail-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on responsibility, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing all new and used vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing, checking, and processing documentation for vehicle registrations, finance agreements, and handovers
  • Liaising with sales executives, management, finance companies, and customers to ensure smooth and timely transactions
  • Updating stock and vehicle management systems, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
  • Producing invoices, maintaining reports, and supporting month-end processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales function
About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the motor trade or a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working with systems, paperwork, and deadlines
  • A team player who is happy to support colleagues and assist with training junior members of the team
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once

  • But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
