A leading investment platform company in Manchester seeks a Middleweight UX Designer to enhance internal tools and processes. You'll lead design projects, create prototypes, and collaborate with teams to improve user experiences. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in UX, expertise in user-centered design, and a creative, inquisitive mindset. Enjoy a supportive team culture and hybrid working model with impressive company benefits.
Our UX Ops & Regs team is a small but growing squad focused on improving internal experiences for our agents and customers and part of a larger centralised UX function. Our team includes designers at all levels, including an apprentice, and we actively support Women in Tech initiatives. We’re looking for a Middleweight UX Designer who can bring creativity, curiosity, and a user-centred mindset to help shape the future of our internal tools and processes.
Unlike many UX roles, you’ll have the privileged opportunity to sit with our internal teams regularly, getting to know their workflows, challenges, and wins firsthand. This close collaboration means your designs will be grounded in real-world insights and have an immediate impact.
