A healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Food Service member to assist patients with meal selections and deliver quality meals. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of dietary requirements. This is a per diem on-call position with evening shifts in Cambridge, England.

The Food Services department at Cambridge Health Alliance is committed to nourishing our patients, staff, and visitors with delicious, healthy, and high-quality meals. Our team prepares and serves a variety of fresh, nutritious food designed to meet diverse dietary needs and support patient recovery and wellness. We adhere to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation to ensure every meal contributes to a positive and healing experience.
Our Food Service team members enhance the patient stay by delivering three quality meals per day to patients’ bedside. Our Expressly for You program assigns each patient a dedicated Food Service member to take care of their dining needs. Our Team members promote meal assistance to all patients on a daily basis (including meal selection, service and retrieval). Team members serve food and beverages to patients in accordance with the patient’s diet prescription. Team members verbally communicate our patients’ concerns with the clinical dietitian.
