  • In your role as UK HR Payroll Manager you will oversee and direct payroll procedures for multiple payrolls across several legal entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing all postings and reporting for internal systems and government gateways, maintaining compliance at all times.
  • Together with external SAP consultants, you will act as the main contact for system configuration and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
  • By proactively developing reconciliations and analysis, you will keep payroll data accurate and up to date.
  • You will lead key strategic payroll-related projects such as implementing time and attendance systems, managing benefits-in-kind (BIK) compliance, and ensuring adherence to minimum wage regulations.
  • You will apply your project management expertise to deliver these initiatives successfully while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners.
