The role

Our Store Managers are integral to the success of UGG. As a Store Manager, you will build and lead a high‑performing team that aligns with the UGG’s values and vision. In this role you will lead your team by example, whilst supporting the Area Manager with additional responsibilities throughout your region.

Core Competencies

• Strive for the highest level of customer service and operational excellence that you and your team can achieve
• Manage store costs including Payroll
• As a people manager, take an active part in recruiting, training, development, and coaching your team, as well as supporting other stores when needed
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to improve and enhance sales and operations
• Take a customer centric approach to develop store strategies to enhance the customer experience and expand traffic
• Manage inventory and partner with head office partners to meet the needs of your market
