Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and undertake site visits.
• Prepare and maintain engineering and construction schedules.
• Monitor critical path and project float.
• Develop programme risk analysis and mitigation measures.

Skills

Advanced competence in appropriate Planning software

Broad experience within an appropriate construction environment

Active experience with planning techniques in tendering and contract delivery

Understanding of commercial and contractual processes

Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages

Understanding of BIM and 4D planning

Ability to resource and cost load programmes

Monitor productivity and determine trends

Education
