A healthcare provider in Exeter is seeking a Trust Doctor for their Urology Department and General Surgery. This fixed term role will offer diverse experience across several surgical teams, providing on-call support. Candidates must hold full GMC registration. Vacancies Trust Doctor - Urology Department and General Surgery (FY2/CT Level)
Applicants are invited to apply for a Trust Doctor post in Urology equivalent to the F2/CT /ST grade as well as taking part in the General Surgery on‑call rota covering Colorectal, Upper GI, Vascular, Breast and Urology out of hours.
We are looking for the post holder to join on a fixed term period until 9th August 2026 Rotation. Ideally, we would like the successful postholder to start on 23rd March 2026 but this would be subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks.
This post is not a recognised training post. Whilst this is a non‑training post you will be allocated both Educational and Clinical supervisors and have access to educational opportunities similar to training posts to learn and develop skills during your placement.

This post gives an exciting opportunity to work and to gain experience across the wider General Surgery firms such as Colorectal, Upper GI, Vascular, Urology and Breast teams by supporting the regular members of the team during on‑call shifts and offers an exciting opportunity to build experience.
The successful candidates must have full registration with the General Medical Council.
This is a fixed term contract until 9th August 2026.
