Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to join the team in Eastbourne. Qualifications

• Experience relating to housing, support work, and/or working with young people at risk.
• Ability to record notes and actions effectively in client logs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Coach young people on managing occupancy agreements and adhering to house rules.
• Coach young people to articulate their aspirations and take responsibility for their development.
• Maintain client records detailing strengths, needs, and outcomes.
