Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Transport First Line Shift Manager to join our team at B&Q’s Preston Brook Customer Distribution Centre (CDC). You’ll take responsibility for leading the transport operation during your shift, ensuring safety, service, cost and people management targets are achieved.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 – 19:00, however flexibility will be essential at peak times, this is logistics after all!
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work‑life balance. Your benefits package includes a company-sponsored pension plan, death in service benefit and personal accident insurance.
