Job Summary

A rare opportunity to join the small, but dynamic team of transplant specialist nurses. This is a fixed term contract (9 months). The role involves working with and supporting renal transplant recipients, within the outpatient setting, throughout their transplant journey, including working renal patients up to go onto the transplant list and caring for them post transplant. In this role you will be supported to develop skills to see patients autonomously within the clinic setting.

Job Responsibilities

Essential Criteria:
