Job description

The Technology & Transformation Coordinator or Transformation Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Technology & Transformation leadership team as it evolves its structures, processes and ways of working over the coming months. You will be responsible for providing hands‑on coordination and organisational support to help keep the team organised, connected, and focused on key priorities as we navigate an exciting and critical period of change within Unite Students.

Reporting directly to the Technology & Transformation Director, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Organisation, including the Executive Assistant team, Data, Internal Comms and Business Change, to help the team operate effectively and deliver against its transformation priorities. This role would suit a highly organised, data‑driven administrator with diary management and event experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
Executive & Operational Support
  • Provide proactive support to the Technology & Transformation Director, including diary management, meeting preparation, and coordination of key activities
  • Track and follow up അസൃണ on actions, decisions, and deliverables across leadership meetings and Technology & Transformation initiatives
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate progress to senior stakeholders, working closely with the Communications team to deliver key messages as needed
  • Manage functional priorities, ensuring the Director and Technology & Transformation leadership team are well‑briefed, informed, and organised to deliver on their priorities
Change Implementation Support
  • Work closely with the Technology & Transformation Director and their leadership team to coordinate initiatives supporting organisational design, new ways of working and team transitions
  • Maintain oversight of any key plans, risks and dependencies as needed
  • Help coordinate any change engagement and communications activities and events, including team briefings, workshops and training sessions
  • Support the tracking of change outcomes and delivery milestones
Governance Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Support Procurement, Finance and the People team as needed – including administrative tasks related to vendor management, budget tracking, hiring and onboarding
  • Build strong working relationships across the teams to ensure smooth information flow and collaboration
  • Maintain functional document repositories, templates and trackers to support consistency across projects and workload
  • Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, information sharing, and stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape the future structure of the Technology & Transformation function
What We’re Looking for in You
  • Experience providing coordination, project or Exec‑level support within a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with confidence engaging across all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Familiarity with digital, transformation or technology environments
  • Experience supporting Technology transformation or other change programmes
  • Experience using collaboration tools (specifically, Monday.com)
  • A curiosity for technology and a passion for improving how people work
