What you’ll do

You’ll be the driving force behind training excellence across Benchmark Financial Planning. From onboarding new starters to rolling out system updates, you’ll ensure our teams are confident, capable, and always learning.

• Lead engaging inductions for new Financial Planning team members.
• Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with leaders and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a centralised training plan covering systems, products, and propositions.
• Deliver tailored training via virtual sessions, eLearning, guides, and workshops.
• Support project rollouts with effective training strategies.
• Create high-quality, accessible training materials.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• Proven experience in training design and delivery (ideally in financial services).
• Strong understanding of learning styles and instructional design.
• Confident communicator and facilitator – both online and in-person.
• Experience with systems like Enable, Fusion, SIS is a big plus.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
