A leading organization in talent development seeks a Training & Development Manager to enhance growth and success for their people. This role focuses on creating dynamic training programs, engaging workshops, and strategic development plans tailored to individual and organizational needs. With 6+ years of experience in L&D and strong facilitation skills, candidates will champion a learning culture and measure the impact of training initiatives. The role offers a salary of £38K – £48K and various employee benefits.
We are looking for a Training & Development Manager to directly influence how our people grow and succeed. In this role, you will have the freedom to innovate and bring fresh learning ideas to life. You will be more than a trainer, you will be a strategic partner and champion of talent development, partnering with leaders to shape our future talent pipeline and see tangible results from the programs you build.
You will report directly into the Managing Director and will work closely with the HR team to ensure consistent results across the whole company.
Design & Lead Learning Strategy: Create and execute dynamic training programs aligned with business goals and future skill requirements.
Inspire High Performance: Deliver engaging workshops, leadership development programs, and blended learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and digital platforms.
Identify Skill Gaps: Partner with leaders to assess organizational needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
Build Learning Pathways: Develop onboarding, upskilling, and career-growth programs to keep our teams motivated and future-ready.
Measure Impact: Track training effectiveness, ROI, and performance impact to drive continuous improvement.
Champion a Learning Culture: Foster curiosity and innovation throughout the organisation.
Leverage Modern Tools: Utilise the Lucy & Yak LMS platform and emerging technologies to elevate the learning experience.
