A leading training organization in Milton Keynes seeks a Trainer to deliver high-quality insurance sales training with a focus on compliance. In this role you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality and compliant training to Personal Group’s field sales and customer loyalty teams.
The role plays a key part in the delivery of the Insurance Sales Training Academy and the wider compliance training framework, ensuring all field-based colleagues have the skills, knowledge and behaviors needed to achieve excellent customer outcomes and meet FCA and PRA regulatory standards.
Working closely with the Training Manager, you will deliver structured learning programmes, field-based coaching and continuous improvement initiatives that build capability, confidence and a strong culture of compliance across the business.
