We are seeking Trainee Client Support Administrators to join our healthcare, protection and pensions teams in Bristol, Birmingham and Chichester, commencing Monday 23rd February 2026.   • Work as part of a wider team to provide account support, including preparing quote requests, processing renewals, drafting recommendation reports.
  • Support the consulting team in gathering, organising and analysing data for client benefit schemes.
  • Partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver a market‑leading service.
  • Be led by approachable, friendly, professional leaders encouraging your progression and development.
  • Champion continuous improvement within the team/location.
  • Respond to client and provider queries (verbal and written) within service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
What you need to have
  • 5 GCSEs at Grades 9‑4 (including English & Maths).
  • Right to work in the UK or Republic of Ireland (no visa sponsorship).
  • Previous client/customer facing experience, e.g., retail or hospitality.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, building rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and pride in delivering high‑quality work and customer service.
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to develop new skills.
