Job summary

About the job

The successful candidate will ensure an excellent responsive repairs service is delivered by ensuring repairs are attended and completed within timescales, giving excellent customer service to the Contract Holders within their own specific trades.

What We Are Looking For From You

The successful candidate will have NVQ2, City and Guilds or equivalent in their relevant trade, and have excellent communication skills, with a strong track record of working in a construction/maintenance workplace.

Additional information

A full and valid driving licence is an essential requirement for these roles.
