A leading insurance company in the UK is looking for a Third Party Data Protection Manager to ensure compliance with data privacy laws. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to manage third-party data privacy risks, reporting, and offering substantial employee benefits including competitive salary, medical cover, and flexible working arrangements.
Do you have knowledge and practical experience of data privacy laws? We’ve an exciting opportunity to join our Third Party Risk team here at AXA UK as a Third Party Data Protection Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Senior Data Protection Manager, you’ll work with a team of Data Protection experts that oversee third parties so that the increasing levels of data privacy due diligence, technical assessments (including international transfers) and assurance is carried out. This role will assist the Senior Third Party Data Protection Managers and those within the business who wish to engage third parties through either the procurement, devolved procurement and other third-party onboarding processes, carry out their data privacy obligations. It’ll also support the remediation activity of existing third parties to ensure they meet data protection requirements.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
