A leading provider of specialist services in the UK is seeking a committed Therapy Assistant to support young individuals at Spring Hill School. This role involves working closely with Occupational and Speech Therapy teams, delivering therapy programs and assisting in assessments. Qualifications

• Interest in developing young people's communication and functional skills.
• Experience working with Young people, preferably with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy team.
• Deliver therapy programmes under the guidance of senior staff.
• Assist in assessing communication needs and supporting resource development.

Skills

Experience working with ASD and/or LD

Basic IT skills

Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively
