Tesco Colleague - Broadstone Express

Tesco Broadstone, England, United Kingdom

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexible options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

Availability Window:

  • Sunday: 18:00 – 23:00
  • Monday – Wednesday: 14:00 – 19:00
  • Thursday & Friday: 14:00 – 19:00
  • Saturday: 18:00 – 23:00
Responsibilities
  • Know customers and serve them with passion and pride.
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
  • Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas.
  • Apply training – work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
  • Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet needs at the right time.
  • Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Understand the store's performance and contribute to service, sales, waste reduction and profit.
  • Handle products with care to maintain quality.
  • Live Tesco values – make everyone feel welcome and follow policies.
  • Accept deliveries into the store when required.
