Overview

HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Specialist to join a well-established transport and logistics brokerage company based in Eastbourne. This business is part of a highly successful global network, with over 100 branches across the UK and more than 400 worldwide.

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You\'ll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the company directors by organising and coordinating appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company\'s services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and follow-up.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for the two company directors.
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes in the company CRM system.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
Role Requirements
  • Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Experience in the transport, logistics, or freight sector is desirable but not essential.
