Job description

Are you skilled in diagnosing a range of mechanical issues and performing effective repairs?

Do you have excellent engagement skills to ensure high customer satisfaction?

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Time served with relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ Qualifications.
• Previous experience in a franchised car dealership (VAG franchise experience is a plus but not essential).
• Practical knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment to high standards.
• Maximize first-visit fix performance.
• Achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
• Complete accurate EVHC reports using CiT Now video technology.
• Full driving license (over 21 for insurance purposes).
