We are looking for a professional and mature Technical Training & Development Instructor to join our team. As a member of the training team, you will be responsible for providing technical training to Aquila Air Traffic Engineers (ATE’s) in support of the Ministry of Defence Project Marshall delivery.

Travel to other sites to provide training will be required.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver Technical Training to Aquila Air Traffic Engineers on various Surveillance Radar, Navigational Aids and Air Traffic Communication equipment.
  • Develop existing training courses and create innovative and engaging technical training.
  • Create supporting training documentation, following the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP 822.
  • Support the maintenance of the training aids.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven technical experience, ideally from within the Royal Air Force Air Traffic Engineering domain kaikk Gross Feed. Hold existing training qualifications or be willing to undertake instructor development training.
  • Experience in delivering technical training with a proven record in engineering-based subjects, ideally with a bias towards Air Traffic Management Systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to deliver engaging remote and face to face presentations and technical training.
