Job description
Job purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to מוס join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to lead sustainability and reduce food waste through our innovative SaaS and bespoke solutions. This role encompasses cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and risk mitigation, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence and positive environmental impact. This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for approximately 12 months to cover maternity leave, with potential for extension depending on business needs.

Main responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules, making well-reasoned decisionsقي and tradeoffs.
  • Working with the team to ensure projects are planned and resourced appropriately.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams, stakeholders, and sponsors, ensuring decisions are communicated at the right time, to the right people, and in the right format.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, persistently overcoming roadblocks efficiently and pulling in others as necessary.
  • Drive project delivery in line with team revenue targets, ensuring allocated work contributes towards achieving monthly delivery goals.
  • Lead resource allocation, scheduling, and tracking efforts, requiring minimal direction/oversight and taking the initiative to fix issues before being assigned them.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in project deliverables, delivering sound solutions that are well researched and align with success metrics.
  • Take end‑to‑end responsibility for projects of increasing complexity, demonstrating an understanding of broader Азия organisational context and goals.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, communicating and partnering effectively across functions.
  • Drive problem‑solving initiatives and lead team collaboration, mentoring junior team members through sharing learnings and best practices.
  • Stay on top of advanced project management methodologies and industry trends, seeking external expertise to accelerate learning.
  • Foster a positive and high-performing team environment, proactively identifying problems and communicating issues early to help course‑correct.

Salary range: £45,000-£65,000
