Are you ready to play a key role in maintaining technical excellence across a leading fresh produce business? East Coast Growers, part of the G’s Group is seeking a Technical Executive to support our technical, quality, and compliance functions, helping ensure customer satisfaction, food safety, and operational excellence within their Norfolk farms operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Support site technical, quality, and compliance standards, ensuring products meet legal, customer, and internal requirements
  • Maintain traceability systems, compliance databases, and carry out site testing programmes (micro, pesticide, heavy metals)
  • Assist in audits, HACCP, and third‑party compliance processes
  • Collate and analyse customer KPI data to support continuous improvement
  • Support the QA team in delivering quality standards and developing product specifications
  • Promote a positive food safety culture and ensure GMP and customer protocols are consistently followed
  • Provide practical advice on quality and compliance issues to operational teams and management
About You
  • A good understanding of food safety and quality principles, with an interest in developing your knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems
  • Experience supporting audits and technical or compliance activities is an advantage, or a strong desire to learn and build experience in this area.
  • Practical and solutions‑focused, with the confidence to work alongside operational teams.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and compliance.
  • Collaborative, organised, and keen to contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Flexible Working
  • We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements, including school‑hours or reduced hours. The role may be offered on a pro‑rata basis, with hours and salary adjusted accordingly.
