A leading engineering firm is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their Interfaces team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will monitor and govern compliance with commitments and engage early with stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have skills in civil engineering projects, excellent communication, and IT proficiency including SharePoint. We’re looking to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join our Interfaces team in Milton Keynes.
In this role we expect the successful candidate to monitor and govern the central database to ensure plans and evidence are up to date and commitments can be complied with. Where applicable, action for handover, discharge or variation. You will implement early engagement with Undertakings and Assurances (U&A) owners to ensure commitments can be met and complied with factoring in funding requirements with the client.
You will support with deep dives and detailed checksising the HORACE platform for investigations and close out.
You will work alongside the Work Package Managers to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works, as well as supporting on associated requirements, up to date induction material, workshops and quarterly audits to ensure site teams are adhering to processes.
In addition, we would also need you to support with any non‑compliance investigations with lead meet the U&A incident reporting timeline of 24hrs/15days and 28 day close out ensuring lessons are shared through monthly client compliance meetings.
Ensure all U&A are ready for Discharge of Handover as part of the Construction Assurance process. Administration will be required for our SharePoint site as well as BIMXtra.
