This role is based on site 5 days a week, with occasional flexibility to work from home.

This role supports the development and ongoing maintenance of the Safety Technical Competency (STC) framework and plays a key part in managing the business's competence management strategy. It ensures that systems and processes are in place to maintain a skilled, compliant, and competent workforce.
You’ll be detail‑oriented and highly organised, with a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative approach. You’ll be confident working with systems and data, and thrive in environments where accuracy and compliance are key. You’ll have great communication skills which will help you build effective relationships across teams and support others.
