Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Connect with stakeholders and end-users to gather business needs, then translate them into technical specifications and user stories for AWS development.
• Technical Solution Design: Design and recommend technical solutions that leverage AWS services to solve business challenges, ensuring they align with business objectives and scalability.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize AWS data services and analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, creating dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Support the integration of new applications, software, and processes with existing AWS infrastructure and services.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.
• System Monitoring & Support: Monitor the health and performance of AWS-based data sources and pipelines, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
