Who are Medequip Connect?

Medequip Connect provide services to over 50,000 people nationwide with the objective of providing reassurance and support to older, disabled or vulnerable people allowing them to remain safely in their own home.

We help people to maintain people’s independence by providing Technology Enabled Care (TEC) and a range of associated equipment that gives them the confidence of knowing that assistance is available at any time, 24 hours a day. Our care technology services provide peace of mind to you, your family, and your friends.

About the role

As a TEC Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and development of Medequip Connect’s assistive technology services You’ll work closely with Adult Social Care teams, health professionals, and other stakeholders to assess, install, review, and promote Technology Enabled Care solutions that support independence and enhance quality of life.

This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on operational delivery and is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech‑savvy, and passionate about person‑centred care.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Conduct holistic TEC assessments and design personalised technology-based care packages.
  • Lead the operational delivery of TEC services, including installation, maintenance, and response.
  • Support Medequip Connect’s digital transformation and introduce new assistive technology solutions.
  • Train and support Adult Social Care and health professionals in TEC solutions.
  • Deliver demos, lead on stakeholder engagement, and contribute to service improvement.
  • Monitor outcomes, manage KPIs, and contribute to performance reporting and evaluation.
  • Coordinate project delivery and collaborate on product development and implementation.

Qualifications and experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems.
