Qualifications

  • At least two years of relevant experience providing housing/support services to vulnerable individuals.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory framework for housing services for young people.
  • Knowledge of the welfare benefits system related to young people.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in running a semi-independent supported accommodation service.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality transition services for young people.
  • Motivate and supervise staff members.
