Job description

We are seeking applicants that can meet the full job description attached. The successful candidate will be joining our growing team in supporting an adult’s supported living service, based in Northampton.

This role is centred on providing hands-on support, spending the majority of time directly with clients to help them make the most of their support and achieve their individual goals. While actively involved in the service, you will lead by example, guiding and supporting your team, and using appropriate management tools to ensure high standards are maintained.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically within 8am-6pm and one in four weekends).

Salary: £12.40 – £13.10 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).

Mandatory requirements:

  • At least three years working in a care setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Social Care.
  • Experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Full Driving License and access to own vehicle.
