  • Working hours: 17.5 hours per week, 12:00 noon - 3:30 p.m.
  • Grade/SCP: Grade D/6-11 £25,989 to £28,142
  • Actual Salary: £10,278 to £11,129
  • Contract type: Temporary until 31st August 2026

Role and responsibilities

Working with children with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a nurturing and supportive environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with the SENco, class teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to implement day‑to‑day support as outlined in each child’s EHCP. They will work positively and effectively within a team and understand classroom roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications and skills

Experience of working with and caring for children; good personal numeracy and literacy skills.
