  • Duration – Full-time, Long-term (Monday to Friday)
  • Hours – 8:30am – 4:00pm
  • Pay – £13.69 – £15.87 per hour
  • Job Type – Contract, Temporary
Overview

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a KS2 classroom providing 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH and ADHD needs. This full-time, long-term role offers the chance to make a real difference in a child’s learning and wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis, tailoring support to their individual needs.
  • Support engagement in all classroom activities, providing focused learning opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to manage behaviour, support emotional regulation, and build confidence.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a consistent, nurturing environment.
  • Use your skills as a Teaching Assistant to foster progress in both academic and social-emotional areas.
  • Monitor and assess progress, reporting observations to staff as needed.
