A supportive educational institution in England is looking for a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will engage positively with children, helping them to reach their potential. Responsibilities include promoting inclusion, supporting teachers, and facilitating learning activities. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy and numeracy skills and a flexible, friendly attitude. Experience with children is preferred, and training will be provided. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year.

This is a fixed term contract to the end of this academic year in the first instance.
Your numeracy and literacy skills will be strong enough to improve children's standards. You will be able to communicate effectively with children and adults, have a flexible attitude, good sense of humour and be friendly and approachable. Good time management and the ability to work using your own initiative are essential. All applications will be considered and all relevant training will be given to the right candidate.
Above all you need to like children, to want the very best for them and be prepared to put their needs first. Children will be at the heart of your work. You must be able to demonstrate that you understand the importance of educating the whole child.
