TEACHING ASSISTANT – PART‑TIME

Working Pattern: Part Time, Term Time only (39 weeks including Inset days)

Hours: 20 hours per week (9.00am-1.00pm)

Salary: Grade D2 4-11 £25,185 - £28,142 per annum, pro rata

Contract: Permanent part‑time

DBS Check: Enhanced

We are looking for a kind and patient Teaching Assistant with plenty of enthusiasm and a commitment to providing high quality care and education for children. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to enhance teaching and learning in Key stages 1 and 2. You will be required to assist with lunchtime duties. High standards of literacy (including phonics) and numeracy together with the ability to work as part of a team are essential. The successful applicant will be educated to NVQ Level 2 or above. The strong Catholic ethos of the school is evident and prospective candidates would be expected to support and promote this.
