A comprehensive offer of professional learning is in place and we ensure that all schools have designated work spaces for staff. A broad range of training in SEND is in place across all our schools focus on whole school SEND issues as well as specific training for SEND teams.If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can then we would love to hear from you.This position is contracted on a **30 hours per week Term Time only + 5 days basis.** This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so.We have two different working hours available. This role includes Breakfast Club, LSA role in and out of class and support at lunchtimes.* **Late shift:** 12-6pm daily.
