Portfield School caters for pupils with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders and sensory impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach differentiated lessons to reflect the varying needs of the children in the classroom.
  • Apply knowledge of Progression Steps, Early Years and the Curriculum for Wales.
  • Contribute to the overall educational experience and support pupils’ progress.
Interview Process

All candidates are encouraged to visit the school and will be expected to teach a group of pupils as part of the interview procedure. Short‑listed candidates will be notified of the details.
