We are looking for a talented and dynamic Teacher of Mathematics to join our Faculty.

Silcoates is set in 52 acres of grounds in Wrenthorpe, near Wakefield, within easy reach of the M1 and M62, offering an all-through, fully co-educational day school experience for children from 3 to 18.

You should be an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for your subject. You should be able to demonstrate extensive subject knowledge coupled with up to date knowledge of teaching and learning best practice. As well as teaching excellence, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a
commitment to the ethos and aims of the School and a commitment to co-curricular activities. You should have strong interpersonal and ICT skills and a good knowledge of positive behaviour management techniques. You should have a successful track record of teaching KS3 to KS4 and we can offer A-Level teaching for an experienced candidate, although this is not essential.
