King's College School, Cascais, part of the prestigious Inspired Education Group, is a leading international school in the Lisbon area. We offer a global education through the Cambridge International curriculum up to Year 10, supported by a bilingual Portuguese–English programme up to Year 5. Our commitment to academic excellence and holistic development prepares students for success in top universities worldwide.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly effective Business Teacher with IB experience to join us in the next academic year. This is an exciting time to join our rapidly expanding Business and Economics Department. Business is offered at GCSE levelிலையில் Years 10–11 and is currently the most popular optional subject, requiring multiple teaching sets across both year groups. We also offer Business Management within the IB Diploma Programme, as well as Business A Level, both of which are expected to be highly popular as we launch our Sixth Form from September 2026. As such, we are keen to attract candidates with experience of teaching GCSE Business alongside either IBDP Business Management or Business A Level, or ideally both. We particularly welcome applicants who can offer an additional teaching subject alongside Business, such as Economics, ICT or Computer Science, Mathematics, or Science.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging Business and Management lessons that develop critical thinking, commercial awareness, and strong analytical and evaluative skills, leading to excellent academic outcomes. As part of the Inspired global network, you will benefit from supportive colleagues and extensive professional development opportunities, while contributing to the wider academic and pastoral life of the school.
Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment. Safer recruitment practices and pre‑employment background checks will be undertaken before any appointment is confirmed.
