• Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman, Supervisor, or Lead Tarmac Supervisor.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a skilled surfacing team.
• Full UK driving license (preferred).

Lead Tarmac Supervisor – Build & Lead Your Own Surfacing Crew

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Tarmac Supervisor to join our growing team. If you’re an experienced Lead Tarmac Supervisor looking for a role where you can take ownership and build a high‑performing surfacing crew, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role

As our Lead Tarmac Supervisor, you will oversee the daily delivery of tarmac surfacing works across a variety of projects. The Lead Tarmac Supervisor will ensure all site operations run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all tarmac surfacing operations on site as the Lead Tarmac Supervisor

Carry out high‑quality hand lay and machine lay operations

Build and manage your own team, including:

• Paver Drivers
• Screwmen
• Rake Hands
• Labourers

Coordinate labour, plant, and materials

Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations

Deliver projects on time, within specification, and to company quality standards

Liaise with site managers, clients, and colleagues as the main Lead Tarmac Supervisor

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor / Lead Tarmac Supervisor

Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills

Ability to lead, coach, and develop a skilled surfacing team

Good communication and organisational skills

Proactive and safety‑focused approach

Full UK driving licence (preferred)
