Job summary

A leading global communications company is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join its UK Talent Operations team in London. This hybrid role involves building relationships within the team, managing employee lifecycle tasks like onboarding, and improving employee experiences. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, a passion for HR, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an initial salary of £28,850, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships within the Talent team and agencies.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Ensure accurate employee data management in compliance with GDPR.
  • Support Talent Management with meetings and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
  • Oversee probation and performance review processes.
  • Process invoices and maintain records accurately.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to Talent projects.
