Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and proactive Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our internal hiring efforts as we scale. With 25 hires planned over the next 12 months, this is a pivotal role in shaping our team and ensuring we attract the right talent at the right time. This is a hands‑on role with strategic impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all roles across the business
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
  • Write compelling job adverts and manage postings across platforms
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Provide a brilliant candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
  • Use our ATS to manage pipelines, track metrics, and report on progress
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in internal or agency recruitment, ideally in a high‑growth or SME environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Commercially aware with a focus on quality and pace
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Passionate about delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience
