As we continue to scale globally, hiring exceptional people is at the core of our success. We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner who can act as a strategic advisor to our business leaders while independently driving full-cycle hiring across multiple global teams. You’ll combine strong sourcing capability with talent strategy, market insight, and a passion for raising the bar on talent quality.

This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech, SaaS or data/AI-driven companies.
  • Power user of recruitment technologies such as Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong independent sourcing capability, especially for senior or niche roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a true partner, influencing leaders and shaping hiring decisions with confidence.
  • Experience running complex searches, multi-region talent strategies, and cross-functional hiring.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect talent priorities to broader business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • A passion for delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and hiring teams.
