The Job

As a key member of the Commercial Valuations team, you’ll support financial reporting, loan security and advisory instructions for major clients, while also helping to expand the firm’s presence across the region. You’ll work closely with Partners to develop new business, contribute to major projects, and play an active role in shaping the future of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuation reports for financial reporting, loan security and other client requirements
• Inspect properties and undertake measurement, comparable evidence gathering and due diligence
• Conduct planning enquiries, economic research, lease analysis and development appraisal work
• Support the delivery of major valuation projects alongside senior stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial valuation sector
• Prepare financial and client reporting documentation
• Contribute to wider business planning and team growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• RICS Chartered Surveyor & Registered Valuer
• Strong knowledge of valuation standards, legislation and reporting requirements
• Understanding of the South West and South Wales market (preferred)
• Client-facing mindset with ability to build lasting relationships
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
