Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Supported Living Manager for our Amersham Road service. This is an excellent development opportunity to take on further responsibility in service management.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Service Manager and maintain an overview of the service.
  • Lead a highly motivated team.
  • Contribute to further development of the service.
  • Demonstrate a person‑centred approach with a warm, confident, professional manner.
  • Lead a team with confidence and provide clear guidance, supervision, and support.
  • Communicate positively and professionally with families, advocates, and other agencies.
Qualifications

Experience of staff and service management is essential.

Confident and accountable practitioner, able to put contractual and CQC quality standards into practice.
