A leading adult care provider is looking for a full-time Support Worker to join their team in Cilfynydd, Wales. The role involves assisting with personal care, supporting individual care plans, and promoting independent living. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, compassion, and a full UK driving license. Daffodil House is looking to recruit a Support Worker to join their team. This is a full‑time role. The is a Male only role due to Service User requirements.
Shifts: 8am-8pm Full and Part Time contracts available
Must have Full Manual UK driving licence for 3 years and over
£12.60 per hour
Daffodil House (Formerly Church Village) is a new Adult Care service opening in early 2025. It is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and will be a modern, top of the line residential service dedicated to achieving positive outcomes and enabling our residents to live their best lives
It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people’s lives. You should be keen to learn and show compassion to care for the people we support.

As a Support Worker, you will assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.
