SUPPORT WORKER - Ealing Borough

Ealing £12.21/hour + Holiday pay

Standard Nursing Agency is urgently seeking experienced Support/Care workers for the Ealing area to provide personal care and assistance to Service Users who are elderly, adults, or children.

Requirements:

  • You must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Health and Social Care.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to provide honest, courteous, caring, and professional service.

Main duties:

  • Perform practical tasks such as cooking, washing up, laundry, and other related activities.
  • Assist service users with domestic and personal care.
  • Identify individual needs and ensure appropriate support is provided.
  • Help maintain high standards of health care and personal hygiene for service users.
  • Report incidents and complaints to your Line Manager.
  • Keep accurate records as per policies and procedures.
  • Perform any additional tasks as required, adapting to the changing needs of the service.
