We're looking for caring, committed individuals to support people with learning disabilities within our complex care service. You'll help with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and activities—making a real difference every day.

If you're passionate about empowering others and want a rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!

Full UK manual driving licence will be required as we have manual vehicles that you must be willing to drive.

Qualities and Skills Required:

  • Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
  • Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
  • Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles.

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Experience within care is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
  • People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support.

Contract options :

Part time (30 hours per week)

Shifts:

  • Between 07:00-22:00 (varied shifts)
  • One sleep in shift required per week and paid at a flat rate of £63.70
  • Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis

*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
