📍 Location: Wigton
🕒 Hours: 37.5 per week

About the Role

We’re recruiting a Support Worker for our Wigton service, where we help 5 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.

What will you do?
  • Support individuals to enjoy their daily lives
  • Join them on trips to local cafés ☕
  • Help them take part in their favourite activities 🎨🎶
  • Encourage independence and confidence every day 🌈
What’s Great About This Service?
  • ✅ Always at least 2 staff on duty during the day and evening
  • 1 staff member overnight (waking night shift)
  • ✅ A friendly, supportive team environment
Shift Patterns

⏰ Day: 7:30am – 3:00pm

⏰ Evening: 2:30pm – 10:00pm

🌙 Night: 9:45pm – 7:45am

Weekend work is shared fairly among the team.
