A leading social care charity in Wigton is seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in living independently. You will engage in daily activities, accompany them on outings, and foster their independence. With a commitment to caring, you will be part of a supportive team. Full training is provided for individuals passionate about making a difference in lives. Shifts are structured to ensure coverage and teamwork, making this a rewarding opportunity in social care.

🕒 Hours: 37.5 per week

We’re recruiting a Support Worker for our Wigton service, where we help 5 amazing adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible.
⏰ Day: 7:30am – 3:00pm
⏰ Evening: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
🌙 Night: 9:45pm – 7:45am
Weekend work is shared fairly among the team.
