Position Summary

We are recruiting a Support Worker to provide individualised and proactive support for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities at Red Kite Court. This is an entry‑level, full‑time role requiring experience as a support worker or healthcare assistant within a CQC or Ofsted setting.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, day shifts: 7:30–3:00 pm or 2:30–10:00 pm. All employees are expected to do a mix of shifts including some weekends.

Compensation

£12.31 per hour.
