We’re interested in Support Workers who hold a full UK driving licence, are resilient, flexible and composed, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice, and have experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.

• Full UK driving licence
